Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters.
Effective date: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Lost & Found: Final Shift (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the App.
Information We May Collect
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or other direct contact information to play. However, the App and its service providers may process limited information automatically, including:
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, app version, and diagnostic information;
- identifiers such as an advertising identifier (IDFA, where available and permitted), an app/vendor identifier, and an AppsFlyer identifier;
- advertising and attribution information, such as ad interactions, campaign details, and whether a user arrived through a marketing campaign; and
- information needed to operate advertising services, prevent fraud, measure performance, and maintain the App.
Advertising, Attribution, and Tracking Permission
The App may display or provide rewarded advertising. We use advertising service providers to deliver, measure, and improve advertising. The App also uses AppsFlyer for mobile measurement and attribution.
On supported Apple devices, the App may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier for tracking. You may decline this permission or change your choice later in your device settings. Declining permission does not prevent you from using the App, although advertising may be less relevant and attribution features may be limited.
How Information Is Used
We and our service providers may use the information described above to operate the App, provide and measure ads, attribute app installs and campaigns, detect fraud or misuse, troubleshoot errors, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.
How Information Is Shared
Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the App, including advertising providers and AppsFlyer. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies and may collect or use information as permitted by applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your Choices
You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission in your iOS settings. You can also reset or limit the use of your advertising identifier through Apple’s device controls where available. Because the App does not maintain player accounts, there may be limited information that we can associate with a specific request. Contact us if you have a privacy question or request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can review the matter.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date when changes are made.
